I've spent years observing how visionaries handle setbacks, and how those around them often miss the mark. My approach? I delve deep into understanding the founder—their tastes, passions, what truly motivates them. Their clothing choices even reveal much about their personality and how they operate throughout the day! Currently, I'm exploring how my fashion industry knowledge translates to finance, non-profits, and tech. I'm focusing on the common threads in operations, productivity, and administrative tasks across these diverse sectors.

Part of what I've noticed over the years has been how visionaries react when something does not go right in their business. What I've also noticed though is the people around them don't always understand what they're looking for.

What I've come to do is, I go into a business, I understand who the founder is to the core. What are they most comfortable in? If they're not wearing what they're comfortable in, then they're going to be a completely different person throughout the day.

What I'm doing this week is understanding, okay, if I remove myself from the fashion industry but I still use the knowledge that I learned from there, what does that mean if I go into a finance company, a non-profit, a tech company?

So it's about what do all of these things have in common and where can they overlap in operations, in productivity, in administrative tasks.
