My UPW Journey: Surrounded by Success
I was just reminded at Unleash the Power Within (UPW) of Tony Robbins' quote: "People's lives are a direct reflection of the expectations of their peer group." This hit home! It's crucial to surround yourself with supportive, driven people – true teammates striving for the best quality of life.
I'm thrilled to be a team lead at this first international UPW I've ever attended! Seeing the results of six years of hard work pay off in this way is incredible. It's amazing to help others now, and I can't wait to share more about my experience here.

<p>People's lives are a direct reflection of the expectations of their peer group. That's a quote from Tony Robbins I just heard again at Unleash the Power Within, and it just reminded me how important it is to surround myself with people that push me forward, that want to work with me, that want to be teammates, and want to go after their highest quality of life.</p>
<p>And I'm excited to be sharing more about that while I'm here at UPW. It's really cool to see all the things I've done over six years return into me being a team lead at this event and then helping other people. And it's just cool to see like this is the first international Unleash the Power Within I've ever done, and I'm excited to be here. So, awesome.</p>
